So day 2 of eating way unhealthy.....and almost no exercise unless you count walking around walmart for 3 hours grocery shopping exercise...but our food choices were a lot healthier.....I am proud of us for that! We are going to get this weight off. We are determined....Hopefully tomorrow will start off on the right foot....we will see! I am proud of my girl Jess though...she has really jumped in with both feet and took this calorie counting by storm,....keep up the good work girly....you gave me inspiration tonight and made me ashamed of myself for the last 2 days of meals.
There are good days... and then there are bad days. I think the bad days help make the good days better! It could be in the middle of the day and you say to your self, "This day is WAY better than the other day!" and see, you just made that day 10 times better just by saying that! lol!
ReplyDeleteAs I have said, don't punish yourself for getting off track, just jump back on track and pick up where you left off! We all get off track of our goals sometimes. It happens. Sometimes we don't have the opportunities to eat healthy all the time but choosing the better things to eat, with what you have to work with at the time, is the best that you can do! I'm so proud of you as well! You really are taking charge and you motivate me to do everything that I am doing on this journey. And yes, I do call walking around wal-mart exercise! It doesn't matter where you were, it matters that you walked for 3 hours! That's no different than walking down the street for 3 hours! It still burns calories, and every little bit helps! I know you can do this! I have so much faith in you! Love you!!
